Rachel was absolutely incredible to work with on the purchase of our home! We started out casually looking, she consulted us through what we were looking for, helped us set up a search and let us casually peruse as inventory came on the market. My dream home hit in January and we moved quickly to offer. She was absolutely fantastic in helping us prepare the cleanest offer we could possibly present. We did not get that property but that then set us down a path of building as we identified we loved the builder of the lost house. I appreciated that she ensured we still considered ALL options as I tend to be one-track minded and was all-in on building. A very similar house to our previous "dream" came on and it was kismet. Rachel got us scheduled first thing, helped us create another clean offer, and ultimately we got an even better home than initially envisioned, or that we could've built with the same funds. We had some closing-day walk through hiccups and she was an incredible advocate for us and ensuring things were getting done right. She is thoughtful, challenging (when she needs to be to get things done right), not afraid to have tough conversations & negotiate like a BOSS, super prompt and communicative and all out FUN to work with. I couldn't ask for anyone better!!We love her so much that she is also listing our previous home for us - wouldn't trust anyone else! She is knowledgeable about the market in our area, strategic in her pricing and asks + considerations, truthful in sharing any potential roadblocks, and proactive in helping ensure we know all things to consider in every scenario. I swear she is always "on" and I don't how she does it, and does it so well at that! She's not pushy, but she's firm with me when she needs to be, she puts up with my millions of questions, and is simply the best.
