Why Real Estate?

I have been serving my clients in the real estate industry for 7 years and am often asked "what is your favorite part about your job?" or "how do you like being a real estate advisor?"

First of all, this job is not for the weary. It is tough. From late nights writing contracts and negotiating, to the obstacles you face with an ever changing market, it is all hard. You just have to pick your hard. With the challenges comes the reward. My favorite part about my career is getting those texts once my clients are settled with updates, photos of renovations, etc. Seeing them enjoy their new space makes everything worth it. I have become dear friends with many clients and for that I am so grateful.

Second of all, you have to be prepared with knowledge to educate your clients and guide them through this process whether that is selling or buying. I do this every day- they do not. Knowing and understanding what my clients need is my #1 priority. Begin with the end in mind.

Yes, it is late nights, early mornings, many miles, and LOTS of money spent on gas, but all worth it. I am here to help with any real estate needs you might have!

My WHY

I was told when you get in to this business, you need to know your "why" and what keeps you going. My family is everything to me. I married my best friend in September of 2022, and along with that came the best bonus I could have ever received. I am a bonus mom to a teenager who is one of the funniest, craziest, most loving, loyal humans I've ever met and I am so lucky. We live in the NW suburbs of MN with our three, (yes three) dogs, Sunny, Sullivan and Winston (Chooch). More photos to come. :)

Being able to contribute to our life is very important to me. Making a living helping others is a dream and I wouldn't have it any other way. Yes, sometimes that means writing offers and negotiating from the sidelines of sporting events, but that's just the way the cookie crumbles when you are in this industry!

In our free time, we like to spend family time at the gym, trampoline park, movies, on our deck making smores and playing fetch with the dogs, or traveling south and getting our toes in the sand!
